Providing professional assistance for credential candidates for ICF ACC or ICF PCC, and coaches applying to renew their ACC credential. Mentor Coaching Requirements differ according to credential sought.

2. COACHING DEVELOPMENT

Currently developing the training and education program that will be accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Level 1 Coaching Education Provider before offering to professional coaches on their journey towards Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential.

3. MANAGER AS COACH

The coaching program for Manager As Coach is coming soon.

This is designed for Leaders and Managers who need to develop the competencies, the art of coaching, as well as the skills and principles of coaching that are necessary for them in order to develop a culture that is equitable, inclusive, accountable, innovative and more importantly, crucial to enhance organisational agility.

Program designed for aspiring Leaders, and involves a combination of essential skills, knowledge, and personal development.

Aimed at helping participants develop essential leadership skills and qualities through an ongoing process. Tailored to suit specific industries or organisational needs.
